How we handle your personal data when you contact us or use this website.

Data controller

The controller of personal data processing is EXECO Srl, with registered office at Via Carlo Liviero 2/A, 06012 Città di Castello (PG).

What data we collect

When you fill in the contact form on the website, we collect the data you provide voluntarily, typically:

  • first and last name;
  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • the text of your message and any other information you choose to include in it.

While you browse, we may also collect technical data (such as IP address, browser type and device) and data collected through cookies and analytics tools, described in the cookie policy.

Why we process your data (purposes)

  • respond to your requests for information and quotes;
  • manage the business relationship and provide you with our services (photovoltaic systems, storage, heat pumps and energy communities);
  • fulfil legal, accounting and tax obligations;
  • improve the website and understand how it is used, in aggregate form.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and any contractual relationship, and in any case within the limits set by law. After that period the data is deleted or made anonymous.

Who we share the data with

The data may be processed by authorised collaborators and by service providers (for example hosting, email and analytics tools), appointed as data processors. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

At any time you can exercise the rights provided by EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), including:

  • access your personal data;
  • request its rectification or erasure;
  • restrict or object to the processing;
  • request data portability;
  • withdraw the consent you have given, without affecting processing already carried out;
  • lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
